1. NO DRUG THERAPY IN PRIMARY CARE (REFERRAL & ADVICE)    [1st line]
   Adult    A common but nonspecific infant presentation with a wide differential (colic, otitis
            media, UTI, intussusception); GP gives feeding/soothing advice and red-flag safety-
            netting, referring urgently if serious causes are suspected. - Refer, with advice
   Peds     Children follow the same pathway: recognise and refer. No primary-care medicine is
            implied.
