This is a post-delivery outcome record following an operative vaginal delivery of a stillborn infant. Provide comprehensive, compassionate bereavement support, active screening for postpartum depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder, and evaluate physical perineal healing and pelvic floor integrity. Refer the patient for multidisciplinary investigation into the cause of stillbirth (placental pathology, thrombophilia screening, genetic evaluation) and structured pre-conception counseling prior to any subsequent pregnancy. - Refer, with advice
